Our delightful traditional detached cottage Bed & Breakfast in Inverness is situated on the road to Loch Ness, not far from the Caledonian Canal and the start of the Jacobite boat trips.
Set in a quiet residential area, we are close to Bught Park, the Floral Hall, the Ness Islands, the Cathedral, the Aquadome and ice rink.
From Eilidh it is just 10 minutes walk to the city centre. You can stroll along the river and enjoy views of the castle.
We are also situated on a regular bus route (buses in Inverness are free to over 60s with a bus pass).

Our accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms:
- 1 twin with en-suite shower
- 1 double with en-suite shower
- 1 double with en-suite bath and large shower
All rooms are on the ground floor and have:
- TV
- hairdryer
- tea/coffee making facilities

- Internet facility for checking e-mails
- Iron/ironing board available on request
- Off-street parking and secure parking
at the back of the property for bikes and motorbikes
- Safe for valuables if required

We offer a breakfast to satisfy the hungriest of appetites.
Breakfast menu
Start with fresh fruit juice, tea,coffee, toast (brown or white).
A selection of cereals including freshly made porridge.
A full cooked breakfast with egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, smoked sausage, black pudding, etc.
Vegetarian menu
A selection of cheeses, yoghurt with fresh fruit.
Scrambled or poached egg on toast.
Omelette with a selection of fillings.
Breakfast times: 7am to 8.45am.
